Terms & Conditions
All bookings must be in writing and preferably by email. Bookings are only finally confirmed when your payment (50% on booking & 50% 4 weeks prior to departure) by bank transfer has been received by Butler del Prado. Once we have received your booking and deposit payment, we will, subject to availability, confirm your trip by sending a Booking Confirmation. You must check all documents (including the Booking Confirmation and Invoice) carefully. Contact us immediately if any information appears to be incorrect or incomplete as it may not be possible to make changes later. Please note, that unless specified otherwise none of the advertised trip prices published on our website include travel arrangements to the country of the venue, for example flights. Suggested travel arrangements can be recommended for you to choose and book at you convenience.
In order to confirm your trip the full payment will be required by the specified date. If we do not receive all payments due in full and on time, we will send you an email reminder. If you do not pay all payments due in full within seven days of receiving this reminder, we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled by you, and you will lose your deposit/reserved place on the trip. We reserve the right to change prices subject to £/€ exchange rates.
Butler del Prado operates a non-refund policy unless we cancel a booking due to our failure. Once you have booked and paid your payment is non-refundable. If you wish to change the date of your booking you may do this subject to availability providing you give 4 weeks notice in writing. As we operate a no refund policy which includes the day being cancelled by you, for reasons beyond our control or due to bad unsafe weather, we recommend you insure this booking through Giles Wood, RK Harrison who can be contacted on 07767 318322, email@example.com or the like.
