Ashley Butler is a passionate shot and keen fisherman. Based in the West Country, he was brought up on a shoot where he was introduced to the beating line at the age of eight. He was hooked and from then on has enjoyed some of the finest shooting and fishing in the UK, Spain & Morocco. He now runs his own shoot in Devon with the same traditions and values he grew up with, providing hospitality and a sporting experience enjoyed by all.

Las Loberuelas - This estate has been in the private ownership of the Madariaga Family for decades and is currently being cared for by Gonzalo Madariaga who has passionately restored this beautiful estate. Thanks to his huge dedication combined with the expert knowledge and experience of his UK partner, Sean Scott, this is an exceptional experience.

Cenicientos - expertly run by Javier López de Carrizosa Mora-Figueroa. He was born in Jerez in southern Spain and as a youngster he accompanied his father to wild partridge shoots on the family estate. Since 2010, Javier has been running his own estate and driven by tradition, a stickler for quality and value for money his estate has become renowned as one of Spain’s best.

Finca Las Ahijaderas de Pedro Llen - Alfonso Fabres Sr. set up the business over 40 years ago and was often the guide for the King of Spain. The estate is now run by his son, Alfonso Fabres Jr, who has a shooting and hunting pedigree that is second to none. Born in 1977 he grew up on the estate and was guiding clients from the age of fifteen. His passion and expertise for these sports ensure that our guests will only experience the very best in Spain. Alfonso’s continued enthusiasm for hunting sees him still personally guiding for the majority of our big game clients.

Finca La Jara - owned by Pedro del Nero and run by Alfonso Casanueva. Only a short hop from Madrid, this sporting estate offers a truly authentic shooting experience provided by two passionate sportsmen. Their continued love for this sport and fervent desire to offer traditional Spanish shooting and hospitality has led to the introduction of this gem of an estate.

Hajal Atlas - This beautiful 3000 hectare estate is found in the heart of the Souus Valley under the watchful eye of the Atlas Mountains. Here, you will be presented with the native Barbary partridge in a landscape like no other. With days from 250-500 birds per day, your shooting day starts with traditional Moroccan hospitality from within a Berber tent beautifully positioned on a plateau surrounded by age-old olive trees. Aperitifs will be served between drives and you’ll enjoy a traditional lunch after the day’s shooting before being transferred back to your luxury riad.
